  • Products returned after the 30-day return window
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to inquiry@vlexironthap.world with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 3 business days.
  3. Ship the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in our return authorization.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions.

5. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • The refund amount will include the product price but excludes original shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund to your account.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item shipped, or an error by Vlexironthap.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.

7. Exchanges

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or is defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
